filter

Is there anyway to add a rule that dumps inbound email containing html links
into a suspect mail file?

My assistant receives a copy (by rule) of all my incoming emails. However,
I am bombarded by spam targeted for the over forty male audience (refinance
my home mortgage, penis enlargement, and presumably so I can use the latter,
viagra) that she may not necessarily appreciate.

I have a rule that filters out emails with offensive language, however now
most of these ads are no longer simple text, they seem to be html files or
links. The rule doesn't pick up the words in the html, so no filtering
occurs.

Running outlook 2000, SP-1. Any help would be appreciated.

As I understand it OL2K rules do not work on HTML
other than creating rules for domain names, and subjects, you may wish to
consider a third party tool.
I've used www.cloudmark.com it catches the majority.I also have turned off
the preview for the deleted and spam folders.
