Filter on MAC Address

I am installing a bunch of Wyse terminals. Due to engineering
(dictated, cannot change) of the solution, I startoff with a web
browser. We can put www.google.com in the website and it goes. I
want to use DHCP and have special range of these units only blocked.
Once in, if they have the access, IE will let them through the Citrix
server IP. My question, how do I filter my assignments via MAC
address to send these systems to a range?

Thanx for the quick response as I am in the middle of a cutover and
this is something that would help greatly.

One option is you could create two scopes. The second scope would not have
the IPs of the first. In the second scope provide the necessary options but
do not include a gateway address.

Another is install ISA or some other proxy server.
