Filling in an existing form

I use a purchased "Employee Appraisal" form that I have to
handwrite information on. I would like to continue to use
the pre-printed document I have and "fill in the blanks"
on my computer. The company doesn't have a software
package that I can purchase to do that. Does anyone have
an easy way I can "type" my information that will end up
on the pre-printed form?

Morgan,

You can do this using Frames postioned (trial and error)
where the text needs to appear and FILLIN fields in a
template.

The icon for inserting frames in located on the forms
toolbar (Note: you don't have to use a Word Online form or
protect the document). In each frame place a Fillin field
to prompt for text. An example might be {FILLIN "Enter
Employee Name"}.

When you create a new appraisal using the the template,
each fillin will fire prompting you for the necessary
information.
