fill-in form template w/ more than one page

I need to create a fill-in form template that will allow subsequent pages.
This form can have 1 page or it can have 5 pages depending on the user's
needs. Is there any way to create it so the user can (1) enter page break (2)
hit a control button to create additional pages?

This form will be used by an investigative services firm for witness
statements that will be used in court. Some witnesses will not have a lot to
say but others will have volumes.

Thanks for any ideas!

Using Word 2002.

You can't do it but why do you need to? If typing in a text field overflows
a page it just goes to the next page anyway.

Assuming that you are setting this up with tables, just make sure that
the field in question is in a row that does not have a fixed height
specified (in Table | Table Properties, Row tab). Also make sure that
the "Length" in the Text Form Field Options dialog box is set to
"Unlimited." Then, when a person is typing in this field, Word will
add pages automatically if necessary.

Alternatively, if you want to allow "free" typing in this area, insert
an unprotected section: First, unprotect the document, then insert
section breaks, and finally use Tools | Protect Document to open the
Protect Docuemnt task pane where you can choose to unprotect the
inserted section.

Thank you Tony & Stefan for your responses. I appreciate your time.

I have wrangled with this project and have decided to change gears a little
by using bookmarks & references in the footer and also using a section with
line numbering where the witness statement goes and will move onto subsequent
pages.

I do still have a spellcheck issue and will post as new.

Thank you again!!

Thanks for your response Stefan. I have posted the below as well but have had
no response on that thread.

I just want to figure out how to spellcheck the text that users enter into
the form fields....am I asking too much? :)

Subject: spellcheck text form field

Using Word 2002

I have a protected form template that I have inserted the macro below.
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MacrosVBA/SpellcheckProtectDoc.htm

The macro works fine for all text not inside a form field <only> when the
document is unprotected. When the document is protected, macros are not
enabled.

Here are my questions:

1) How can I run the spellcheck macro in the protected template? (This form
will be distributed so creating a toolbar button is therefore not an option.)

2) How can I spellcheck the text within the text form fields? I know the
"guts" of the document are correct; we need to be able to spellcheck the text
that users are entering into the fields.

All suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I had similar problems with the spell-check Marco. I fixed it by
creating a tool bar on AutoOpen and deleting it when the document is
closed. As for the protecting and unprotect to use spell-check, there
are two places in the Marco, one that unprotect and one that protects,
all you need to do is change these so that they reflect your password
when unprotecting and protecting. It worked for me anyways.
