File system error

For some reason when I bootup on my computer I get the
following message "cannot import c:\winnt\system\iosa.dl:
error opening the file. Maybe disk file system error.
HAs anyone encountered this type of error? If so what
course of action should I take?

No I have not seen that error. It sounds like a program is trying to
register or load a dll that isn't there. In your spelling you spelled
the file iosa.dl where I would expect it to be iosa.dll. Did this start
occuring after you installed or uninstalled a program? You can try
running regedit and searching for iosa.dl in the registry but you may
not find it there. If you do then you can get a clue about the program.
Also search your drive for iosa.* to see if you can figure out what
program this error is related to.
