File>Publish Problem

Problem: Html files lose thier code under two conditions!

1. While publishing, random files which are updating on
the server drop the code content and come up as blank
pages both on the server and off my hard drive.

2. When doing File>Save As the original file and
the 'saved as' file drop their code and content and come
up blank pages when next opened.

What's going on?

Can you please tell us more about the specific code that is being "dropped"?
Are you trying to modify any specific FP code/bots? Add custom ASP code
within a DRW in the code? etc...
