File not found DVZAddin.dll

When opening or closing a Word document I get a message box Titled Microsoft
Visual Basic. The message is: File Not Found: DVZAddin.dll

How do I eliminate this mesaage from appearing every time I open or close a
Word document?

This DLL is placed by DataViz. Look in Word's Startup folder (or the Office
Startup folder) for a template/add-in (.dot file) with a similar name and
remove it, then restart Word.

Thanks Suzanne.....that fixed my problem.
