I have been trying to improve performance, I also have installed a new UPS.
At some point, not everytime, this file starts using resources I believe at
100% which would be 50% of full system resources on this Machine. I end the
process and the processor resources return to normal. Can I determine how to
either eliminate this file/process from starting or correct it's performance.
I also think it is related to the managed power down of the new UPS system
which is unneeded at this time but I am unable to make that change in it's
dashboard. Also DELL does not provide support for this and I have not been
able to find similar questions or answers in my research. This is the last
piece of the performance puzzle; otherwise the machine is working very well
now. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
