file in internet explorer "iiiiexplore.exe"

I am running winxp sp2 with internet explorer .. I use CA
antivirus program .. I just came in from working my colt
and noticed at least four new programs on the main page
of my computer. 1. Travel, 2. poker, 3. casino online and
4. card games .... My computer is online with DSL .. All
four programs in "Properties" lead to internet
explorer/IIIiexplore.exe
Properties for Travel: "C:\Program Files\Internet

Other two are similar ... Properties on IIIiexplore say
it is a microsoft file ... Can anyone tell me what is
going on ... I put all the www sites listed on block and
as soon as I did my anti-virus popped up and said I had
some viruses ... I am perplexed ... help please
