File Deletion Problem...

Hello,

Ok, here is my problem and what I have done. I am trying to reinstall Adobe
Master Collection CS4. However, it errors out. I have contacted Adobe and
was told that the:

"sRGB Color Space Profile.icm"

File is the cause and that I need to delete it. This file is located at:

"c:\windows\system32\spool\drivers\color"

Here is what I have tried to delete the file:

1. Turned UAC off.
2. Booted in to Safe Mode.
3. Booted in to Safe Mode with Command Prompt.
4. Tried changing the file attributes.
5. Tried changing the file permissions.
6. Tried deleting as administrator.

All of these things end with the same result. I am told I can't delete the
file because I don't have permission.

Turn UAC back on. Now you will temporarily enable the built-in Administrator
account.

Start Orb>Search box>type: cmd
When cmd appears in Results above, right-click it and choose "run as
administrator". Provide password to UAC prompt and the command prompt will
open.

At the command prompt, type:

net user administrator /active:yes [enter]

Log off and you will see a new icon for Administrator on the Welcome Screen.
Log into this account and delete the file. Log back into your regular
account and disable the built-in Administrator account again.

Start Orb>Search box>type: cmd
When cmd appears in Results above, right-click it and choose "run as
administrator". Provide password to UAC prompt and the command prompt will
open.

At the command prompt, type:

net user administrator /active:no [enter]
