Fifth Sunday Appointment Schedule

G

Guest

I have an appointment every time there is a fifth Sunday in a month.

The only option in scheduling the Recurrence I have found is to use "last"
Sunday and then delete the entry every month there is no last Sunday.

This is tedious since there are usually only five fifth Sundays in a year.

Any other suggestions?

Have a look at WS:Repeat Appointment for Outlook at www.websetters.co.uk.
This will provide you with the ability to schedule appointments that do not
match a standard pattern.

Also be aware that version II is scheduled for release next month which
further enhances the benefits over version I.

Features and examples of version II can also be found at our web site but it
include the following.

The website also provides details on a free upgrade to version 2 for all
licensed users of version 1.

a.. All the features of WS:Repeat Appointment I plus
b.. Ability to mix appointments that meet a pattern with adhoc
appointments. For example you can set an appointment for the first Monday of
each month and then modify with adhoc function to change some Mondays to the
Tuesday.
c. Specify which days of the week will be part of the repeat pattern, you
can schedule an appointment to occur every 5 days but only include Monday,
Wednesday and Friday in the five day count.
d. Send invites as well as set personal appointments
e. Configure up to four time zones so that when an appointment is set, you
can see what time the appointment will occur in each time zone. Ideal for
setting appointments that involve people in different time zones
(e.g.conference calls)
f. Set different appointment times for some appointments in the Repeat
Group

.....and more

Register for a free evaluation of WS:Repeat Appointment I at
www.websetters.co.uk or contact us at (e-mail address removed) if you would
like to receive the newsletter showing full details of WS:Repeat Appointment
II.
