FBWF and Domain partecipation

When I use FBWF in a domain, my client lost secure channel.
I need to disable FBWF, remove the machine from domain, insert it
again and enable FBWF.
I tried to execute at every boot:
"netdom.exe reset %COMPUTERNAME% /domain:mydomain"

But now I get:
"the secure channel from (mycomputername) to (mydomainname) was not
reset. Access is denied."

So, how can I permit to store security channel key in registry
keeping FBWF on?

OOPS!
I don't add "Registry filter" component to my machine as described
here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa940857.aspx
So, how can I add it to my deployed machines? I don't have DUA
