FAXCOMEXLib.dll and Win 2000 Server

I have automated sending fax in WinXp using FAXCOMEXLib.dll. Is it possible
to run this dll on a Win 2000 server box?

No. It can work only on XP & above (including SBS 2003 and Windows Server
2003).
