Favorites Off-line!!!!

I save favorite Web pages with the “Make available off line” box checked but
cannot bring up the pages unless I’m connected to the Internet. While off
line the pages are all there in Favorites but greyed out. I want to be able
to access these pages without connecting every time. What am I doing wrong?

Return top the page and use File/Save AS
Browse to a folder of your choice and save it as Web Page only, (no
pictures) or web page complete (with pictures)

But beware that not all pages can be saved.

Yea! I have no problem saving Web pages in folders or wherever the problem
is saving them in my favorites in IE - I am running XP Professional - any
bright ideas????
