Favorites List

I don't know if I am posting this problem in the right area, please let me
it I am and where it should be posted.

I'm posting this for a friend.....
A site was deleted from the favorites list, but it keeps returning.

These are the procedures that was taken.
1. The file was deleted from the favorites list.
2. The recycle bin is emptied....Cookies and temp files deleted.
3. Computer is shutdown, then restarted.

The deleted site appears back into favorites.

What should be done to permanently get rid of this site?

Help would greatly appreciated.

Hi Sandy. What site, what operating system? Generally if your security is
set right, you won't get those sticky sites. __Recommended Minimal Security
