favorites cache filtoring

dumb question, but on most of my XP machines running IE6, when I look in
favorites, the system does me the favor of only showing ones I have visited
recently, unless I press the symbol to see them all.

On one of my computers this has been turned off, so that all favorites show
all the time, and I cannot seem to find the option anywhere that turns that
behavior off so that I get some filtering. Anyone know how to change that?

The option is "Enable Personalized Favorites Menu"
