Failure to use confirmation page in forms

I created a confirmation page for a form, but when tested online it
sends the user to the default page. Clicking the "return to form" link
sends the user to the confirmation page instead.

Having a confirmation page that has another form in it will cause both forms
to be submitted at once.

You are probably getting to the "final" confirmation page of the
"Information Request Form."

It's just how FP extensions work. (And can be exploited as a useful tool,
but that's a different thread.)

Take the form out of the confirmation page and add a link to "continue" that
goes to the second form and it will work.
