Failed to create 'CertificateAuthority.Request' object

When i try to request a certificate from my Entreprise CA
i get this error :

Failed to create 'CertificateAuthority.Request' object

Anyone knows something about this error? I did some search
over the internet and found a few other people have the
same problem. But none got the answer. Some beleive that
its caused by IISLockdown. It happens even if i try to
retrieve the Entreprise CA certificate.
Win2k DC SP4.
Any ideas ?

yeah, it should be IIS cause i'm able to get sertificates
by MMC.

As I saw in some other post, you can try and go to the properties of the web
site where certserv is installed --> right-click --> properties on
certsrv --> click the configuration button on the home directory tab -->
enable session state by checking the box on the App Options tab.
