failed installation help

complete reformat of computer deleted partitions c and d install 2000 ran
through setup i looked in particular for certain files while loading setup
done restart and hangs calls for service pack 3 cd which I do not have. file
winnt system32/NTOSKRNL.exe corrupt or missing what to do??

That error message is saying your boot.ini is not pointing to a valid partition that is housing your new install. You may need to fix your mbr then wipe the drives again and reinstall. The boot.ini that is made for the new install should by default point to your new installation assuming of course the correct boot.ini is in the Active Partition when rebooting.
