F9 - Send/Receive

Svetlana

under Tools - Send Receive - Send Receive Settings - Define
Send/receive Groups, I see the following fields are selected:

Settings for group "All Acounts"
Include this group in send/receive (F9)

When Outlook is Offline
Include this group in send/receive (F9)

Otherwise I haven't seen any particular option to enable or disable
F9.

First, I would make sure that the option to use F9 is still enabled on
your
send/receive settings under Tools - Send Receive - Send Receive
Settings.

There aren't any other settings for the F9 key to do a Send/Receive.
