Send/Receive (F9) will not function.

Outlook 2002 - "Send/Receive" Button from toolbar, "F9" and "Send/Receive
All" from Tools menu do not work - "Send/Receive" from Tools menu selecting
each individual account does work. They were working when I first installed
onto my new computer but now are not. I cannot schedule send/receive as a
result also. Same accounts using Outlook Express work fine.

Make sure Outlook is set in on-line mode;
File-> Work Offline needs to be unchecked

If Outlook is on-line and it is still not working locate the srs-file for
your mail profile and rename it to .old (when Outlook is closed).

Was already "on-line". Changing the .srs file to .old did the trick. Many
thanks

Start your own NEW thread describing YOUR setup and details about the
problem. Don't hijack someone else's post, especially one that is over
*3 years old*. Check the datestamps next time.

V., for sure many people appreciate your willingness to contribute so much
of your time to this group. Imagine, how much more valuable that would be if
you'd focus more on solving issues.
