EZ AV 7 Conflict Info

I could not get EZ AV 7.0.0.33 installed on my XP Home SP2 machine. Finally,
I discovered that there is a conflict with a program in my startup group,
BHO Cop. After disabling BHO Cop, EZ AV 7 installed fine. But I like BHO
Cop, so I reverted back to EZ AV 6.3 and will wait for the next EZ AV 7
version (I contacted CA with this information). Also, this conflict does not
occur on my 98SE machine.

BTW, during my investigation of this issue, I also noticed that there is a
similar conflict with BHO Demon.

Ez antivirus r7 works fine on my xp home edition software, and I like it.
What is BHO Cop ?
