Export Outlook Notes to csv or XL files

I have installed Outlook 2002 provided in a PDA kit. When I try to export my
Notes to an XL or .csv format, Outlook asks me to insert the installation
disk to install the translator, but it never works. And that leads to an
error messaget that I've seen many times in user Forums.
How can we easily export Notes to a more convenient format?
Same question for contacts.

And that error would be...?
Anyway, close all Office application, insert the CD and start setup. Then
select the components you want to install.
