export entire email in 2007

I used to be able to do this, on Outlook 2000 and 2003 (at least). Now I
have 2007 and can't figure out where the features are.

File>Export>

Export contents of a specific folder to a CVS or xls file, where I could
easily gain access to the email addresses of everyone who I want to send a
free report to (and who asked for it). Or the answers to suggestions that I
asked for easily too.

This feature put the contents of each email into a column in the cvs file.

Anyone know where it went?

If you have personalized menus enabled you might need to expand your menu by
pressing the down arrow on the bottom of the menu.

That might be.

There is no menu arrow.

View-> Toolbars-> Customize-> tab Options-> select; Always show full menus

Do they show now?
From which mail account type are you trying to Export?

Yes, I have that selected.
Do they show now? No
From which mail account type are you trying to Export?

Export emails from a folder in Outlook 2007, to a cvs file, like I used to
be able to easily do.

Roady,

I appreciate your help. However, you are NOT understanding my question or
problem at all. And you're sending me to check on things, change things that
have nothing to do with the problem.

All i want to do, is go into a certain file in Outlook, then find an export
feature. And export a group of emails in a folder to an cvs file.

Yes, I got that part but you don't have the Export feature in the location
where it should be. We are troubleshooting that issue now by performing the
resets.

Thank you. I did the repair 2x and it didn't work.

I renamed the file to .old.
and that did it.

Thanks for your patience.
