Explorer windows V6

trying to start up internet explorer V6 using a Dell system with XP home, but
no browser window appears on the desktop it seems to open the window
somewhere to the right off the desktop screen out of view, it tells me the
default page has been opened as indicated in the task bar at bottom I also
have Firefox installed on the same system but no such problems all browser
windows open on the main desktop. I am unable to view any browser windows
from internet explorer as they have all seemed to have moved off the main
desktop area, pls tell me how to get my browser windows back on the main
desktop screen, many thanks Gaz

Click on that Internet Explorer button you see on the Taskbar and select
Move. Move the window onto your desktop.
