My cat walked over my keyboard (laptop) and somehow rearranged my toolbars,
making them into one long line across the top of the screen insead of
stacked. Now I can't fix it. Can someone tell me how?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Jake :)

You don't mention the version of Windows you are using, which really is a
must when asking for help in the newsgroups, but, try the following and see
if it helps:

First, pres F11 and see if that will restore the toolbars for now.

then..
Reset Internet Explorer's Toolbar Menu
http://www.activshopper.com/fixtoolbarlist.htm
or
Reset Internet Explorer's Toolbar Menu
http://toolbar.google.com/fixmenu

If still now joy...

Reset the IE Toolbar layout using the method here:
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=555130

Automated tools:

http://www.dougknox.com/xp/utils/xp_toolbarfix.htm
http://windowsxp.mvps.org/reg/IEToolbar.reg

Hope this helps.

click on view ( at the very top of screen)....if you have f11'd to full
screen....just f11 again to get at least some toolbars. make sure the "lock
toolbars' is unchecked. You should now be able to drag and drop your
toolbars and place them where you want (you can control the order and whether
they us th whole row or must be expanded)

Hope this helps!
