Explorer switches

How do you get windows explorer to open at Desktop as the first Icon
and all the drives listed below it like
Desktop
My Computer
A:\
C:\
D:\
E:\
CD Drive

But NOT have the folders expanded/open.

Create a new shortcut for the Explorer with the command-line
EXPLORER.EXE /e,::{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}

Thanks alot for this tip....I have been trying to
set this condition for my Quick Launch Explorer
shortcut but with no luck. The closest I was able
to come was "explorer /e,C:" which expanded the
C: drive.

This does what I want but I must say it's not very intuitive
