explorer shuts down when I try to print any e mail

Can print ok elsewhere but cannot print any e mail from any
location,inbox,sent,drafts etc. from printer icon or right clicking.
Have deleted cookies,restarted computer.removed latest update.Turned printer
on and off.Please help.

mail client.
