Cannot print e-mails

I can receive e-mail messages and but cannot print the messages. When I
attempt to do so, the Windows Mail locks up and will not respond when I click
anywhere on the Windows mail page...new message, exit, different folder, etc.
In other words, any input from the keyboard or the mouse get no reponce.

Even though Windows Mail is locked up, I can still receive incoming e-mails.
Also I can open and navigate in Internet Expolorer and, importantly, print
from there....so it is probably not a printer problem or a general computer
problem.

If I RESTART the computer and opening Windows Mail I get a fully functional
Windows Mail except for printing a message. Hit PRINT and it locks up again.

Please Help Me!

It is probably not Windows Mail that is the problem; it is probably
something else, such as the printer driver.
