Explorer shoot down with an error!

Explorer shoot down with an error when it try to open particular folders with
specific file types (.MOV , .MP4) ,when it try to make preview for some of
them(not for all, but allmost). And sometimes it ruin graphic (screen
responce) and demand to reboot the system. it VERY annoying!!

Something like -"An error is happened(found) and must to close" ,(on my
language of course). (Standart message)

OK, i see the problem (AVerTV ,filter mp4), but i can't find the solution...
updateing and re-installing this software doesn't fix the problem. have an
idea?.. Anyone?...

Looks like you DELETED it instead of UNINSTALLING it. There definitely
is a difference.

I'd try a re-install, check to see if the error exists and, if it does,
then UNINSTALL it using the Control Panel. If you don't have an error,
then that is good news.

The ntdll.dll error message can happen if the following is true:

1- a corrupt driver or incompatible driver for a software installed.
2- a Virus infection which causing corruption on your system!

I hope you followed my earlier advice to run a through scan for malware and
viruses on your system (utorrent..blah does it ring the bell?)
