Explorer Crashes (twice), then browser opens

PLEASE HELP! each time I click on a windows or internet explorer
shortcut, Explorer crashes on me, sometimes twice. Sometimes when it crashes
twice, I can continue normally, but if it only crashes once, the computer is
frozen for good. I have to do a hard shutdown. Exact error message details
are as follows:
