Explorer crashes 20 minutes after startup

My Explorer.exe freezes about 20 minutes after I start the computer. I can still run the programs displayed on my screen and i can swap programs using the alt+shift, but the start menu dont work and i cannot open any new windows. Whats happening?

I have the same problem

This method doesn't always work, but I always try

CTRL + ALT + DEL > New Task [Run} > then type "windows explorer" - no capitals or quotes > Ente

All being well, your desktop should reappear

Note: This doesn't always work
