Expanding WIN XP columns

When I select 'START' then 'ALL PROGRAMS' the three columns that display all
of my installed programs are growwing horizontally across the screen. The
third column is almost off the screen and I can barely see the list of
programs. This seemed to start after I upgraded WIN XP to SP2. Any ideas
on how to shrink the columns again?

Clean up your start menu by moving the shortcuts into desktop folders or
truncate the longest names of those entries.
