Outlook 2000 had a plug-in or add-on called Existing Items Converter, also
known as Changeforms, which can be downloaded from MS. It would be used to
change the form that was being used on a certain contact list, so all of the
contact contained in the list would all have the same form, for what I
believe was compatiblilty. Example: We would get a vCard, and if it didn't
import correctly or something, my boss would fix it by changing the form of
the whole contact list. This has been going on before I came on board here,
and since getting him a new laptop and Office 2003, he wants this option
again, which I can't seem to find for Outlook 2003. I'm wondering if the
change form is automatic now, or if this converter has just been done away
with and we can't do anything now about it.
