Executable Program Error

Running Win2000 Pro--512 MB. PC2700 DDR memory--52x24x52x
CD-RW drive--Intel 2.40C Ghz. processor--"C" hard drive 60
GB--"D" hard drive 40GB--Page file size (on "D" drive)
showing Initial=765 MB, Maximum 1536 MB--and "D" drive
with 35492 MB available.

Problem: Have CD with executible program that is approx.
165 MB (slide show) that when run an error screen
indicates the following: " There is not enough room on the
drive to run this show".

Another desktop computer (very similar) running Win2000
Pro however with less memory and smaller hard drive, will
run the same program.

What configuration should be changed to allow this
executible program to run correctly ??
Thanks
Frank...........

Try to run the program from the hard drive, not the CD.
Your application may be trying to write to the CD and the
CD probably can not be written to.

Thanks Gregory for the reply. Running it from the hard
drive was one of the first things I tried. I transferred
the entire program to my hard drive then made sue
the "attributes" on the file were O.K. and it still does
the same thing. The thing that gets me is that I have a
second computer with almost the exact setting and Win2000
Pro, only with less memory and a slower processor and it
runs fine on it !
