Windows Vista EXE file added to Startup

I added an .EXE file to my startup and everytime Windows loads, it notifies me it's published by an unknown publisher and if I want to Run it. . . well, obviously if I added the file to my startup, I want to run it. I'm working on something i'll let you guys all in on once I get this little annoying bug fixed. I added both the .ZIP and the .EXE to allowance in my firewall settings. This is just so frustrating. . .

EDIT - Didnt add to WINDOWS Startup, just checked the Startup option... I looked in my WINDOWS startup and I dont see it there mainly because it wasnt an installation process
