Exclude program from error reporting ?

hey
How to exclude program from error reporting ? Let's say it's some program
that likes to hang up,and restarting him will take me 10 sec,but it's not
closed because error reporting takes place. The program is third party so
it's not a microsoft... I would like exclude it from error reporting but how
?
