exception error

I dont know if this is the right group, but i need to
post this question. Everytime i start my windows or any
application(Internet Explorer Browser, MUSICMATCH, any
messengers) I get this RUNDLL message. It says that there
is an exception in running C:\WINDOWS\System32
\btiein.dll,Download.
I have no idea what this means, and i dont know how to
fix it. The rest of my family's own personal WINDOWS does
not have this problem, its only me. Although, all the
users are using this application, and i dont know what
its used for. It keeps popping up, and i dont know what
to do.
PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU GUYS KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!!!!!!!!

S&D, Ad-Aware to eliminate all other spyware in the system:
