Hi,

Do the following:

1. On the file mneu, click Page Setup.
The Page Setup dialog box is displayed.
2. Click the Page tab.
By default the Page tab is selected.
3. Verify the Orientation - Potrait or Lanscape.
4.Under the Scaling option, verify the Adjust to check box. If the scaling
is above 100 percentage, the page break would adjust accordingly. Tou can use
the arrow to increase aor decrease scaling or you can adjust the scaling by
typing a value in number. Based the scaling factor the number pages are added.
5. Click OK to return to the workseet.
6. On the File menu, click Print preview to check whether you are able view
both the pages in one page. If it does not appear as you wished then adjust
the scaling accordingly.
