Excel Issue

I am trying to set up a formula that will add the changed number in a cell to
the original amount in a cell:

Sheet1
Original: 5
Change to: 6

Sheet2
Before change says: 5
After change: 11

and continue to keep running count of changed number (I need to track
production daily over an extended period of time from a daily production
sheet)
