Excel Header

I am trying to type AT&T in my excel sheet header. Each time I do, I end up
with the first two letters and the current time. How do I stop it from
making this formula in my header?

Marcy3, excel thinks you want to put in the time, use two && like this,
AT&&T
--
Paul B
