Excel Header Formulas

Can I stop "&T" in header text from changing to "[&Time]" ?

The automatic change makes "Q&T Tires" become "Q10:48AM Tires" in my header.

Use this instead

Q&&T Tires

An extra ampersand tells Excel to use it literally

This should give you what you are looking for.
