Excel and Access

I need to export a table from excel into access. Is this
possible? If so, how do I go about accomplishing this
task?

Hi Nancy

It's easier and sasfer to import to Access and let him do the job and evaluate the result.
Open Access and the database to import the table to. Go menu File > Get external data >
Import and choose Excel as file format.
