Excel Add-ins cause an error

When I try to access the Excel Add-ins I get a Microsoft error message that
says there was an error and the typical "do you wish to send an error report"
window pops up...I repaired Office and still get the same error...

I really need the data analysis toolpak. Does anyone have an idea about
what is happening?
