Excel 2003 suddenly won't launch?

Out of the blue, when I now launch MS Excel 2003 (WindowsXP|SP2) I get
the MS Office Install dialogue box (?) which then fails to then find a
file SKU112.cab???!! and asks for my installation CD.

Not only do In not have the CD with me (it's locked away in a box 2500
miles away and I'm constantly on the road) but the program has worked
flawlessly for the 19-months its been installed on this laptop.
Curiously, I am able to launch Excel 2003 from the Windows|Run command
when I input "Excel".

What's going on and how do I rectify this (especially without the CD in
hand?)

Help and Thanks!

This kb article is for first use. The Op says they have been using it for 19
months with no problem

Could my recently installed Windows Live OneCare have something to do
with it?

Very much so, try doing a system restore to a point before you had the issue

The restore method seems to have done the trick (for the moment?)

Thanks!
