Ever seen "W3DBSMGR" error?

Full text of error message window:
"W3DBSMGR (24.4.8591) Error 8591 - Database Manager alread loaded"
Also had "OK" button.

I had loaded a demo CAD-CAM software, and on same day started having
problems with accounting software (Peachtree). Uninstalled both
applications, using "add/remove".

Now each time I reboot this error window comes up. It also freezes the
re-installation of the accounting software, but everthing else is funtioning
fine. The tech support at Peachtree (Sage Software) has not been stumped.
I'm on Windows 2000, but connected to a server.

I wasn't sure where to post this, so if no one can help, please offer
suggestions of where to turn.

I'm willing to start fresh on this PC and remove all software, but I'm
obviously looking for a easier solution.

Thanks

Thank you.
It looks like a portion of the Peachtree accounting software install
(Pervasive). I'll contact them for further support.
