Event Viewer Suggestions

When using Event Viewer, I'd like to see the following expanded
functionality:

1. Allow multiple logs to be viewed side-by-side and synchronized by time,
so that one could see both Application and System logs simultaneously.
Clicking on an event in one log would advance the other log(s) to the same
time, making it easier to determine if an application
2. Allow "comment" events to be added to a log so that remarks concerning
system changes could be included for later analysis.

I don't know if this is the right place for these suggestions, but if not
let me know where to send them.

Not exactly what you are asking for, but, in case you are not aware of this,
try:

1. open Computer Management
2. right click Event Viewer, select "New window from here"
3. click Window, Tile Horizontally
4. in one Event Viewer window, click Application (to see the Application
Event Log entries)
5. in the other Event Viewer window, click System (to see the System Event
Log entries)

The windows don't have the "synchronized scrolling" you asked for, but at
least you can see both at once.
