Event viewer application error

Every time my Works 2002 ver. 6.0 crashes (I have 75% free disk space and 512
RAM and no infections,malware,trojans, etc.) I get an application error
report like this:

"Faulting application wkswp.exe, version 6.0.1828.1, faulting module
msvcrt.dll version 7.0.2600.2180, fault address 0x00036fa3 "

What should I do about this so I can stop this crashing inside the Tools
menu on Envelopes?

Try uninstalling, rebooting and reinstalling Works 2002 ver. 6.0.
