event id: 7000 problem

Source: service control manager event id: 7000
Description:The NTPort Library Driver service failed to start due to the following error: The system cannot find the file specified.
Any way i can make this go away it restarts my computer on occasion anf give me blue sceen and this is the error i find in event viewer please, please, send me an email at (e-mail address removed) if you have a solution thanks
