I keep getting these error messages on the event logs (system)

Event Source: smtpsvc
Event Category: None
Event ID: 4006
Date: 9/16/2004
Time: 4:20:42 PM
User: N/A
Computer: LLDT-2
Description:
Message delivery to the host '210.192.101.220' failed while delivering
to the remote domain 'email.com.cn' for the following reason: The
connection was dropped by the remote host.

It shows both on my Windows 2003 and Windows 2000 box and I get tons of
these errors. Any inputs would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Joel,

I'm by no means an expert in this subject matter of SMTP and/or messaging,
but I'll try to assist you to the best of my ability. See if the workaround
